This time my order had very loose smokes and therefore I’m smoking them very fast. You may want to tighten the tobacco in them more. The pkg is not glued enough and falls apart. The cellophane is very tight and I can’t get it off easily

In the end it was all good but that's because you did everything you could and nobody can ask for more than that. Excellent service! After my order was caught in a loop of circumstances that caused Purolator to not deliver the package. Crazy and annoying... After several tries and a long wait on phone on hold with Purolator tracking I finally got to speak to a real person. A.I. is what I had to deal with prior to this and it was useless. Speaking to the real person l was sure he got it and the problem was resolved and my package would arrive as he assured me it would although several days past due at this point. I reached out to select smks at this point also. They had tried to get the problem sorted out earlier too and assured me if Purolator didn't get the package to me the day they had said another order would be sent out to me. That's exactly what happened and the new order was here in a few days with no problems at all. Crazy thing is, the address on the new order was not exactly correct and that's what Purolator says the problem was with the original order and the reason they couldn't deliver. All good in the end and excellent service. From Select Smokes that is. Definitely not from Purolator at least with first order. Thanks 👍
