CASomething has changed
The last couple orders I have received the tobacco has been extremely dry. Tubes are not filled as tobacco is dry. Also the plastic covering is loose and not keeping packs fresh. I think your quality control has changed.
CADK king size
This last order I ordered 3 cartons the first carton I opened I noticed all the plastic that’s supposed to seal and keep the smokes fresh was not sealed at all and some packs it doesn’t even cover the whole package. All the smokes are very dry and tobacco is falling out of the cigarette. Also the there are no cardboard inserts in the package. Hopefully the other cartons aren’t like this. This is the first time this has happened for me so hopefully you are aware of the issues and are on top of fixing this issue. Other than this order I have been pleased with my purchases.

To my Last order l received 4 disappointement boxes when i open each pack the cigarettes have emptied of their tobaco
