The single pkg sometimes falls apart or is not sufficiently cut clearly and will rip apart at the lid or opening. Otherwise delivery is good and service is great.
CAhave not got our cigarettes yet
it has been over 2 1/2 weeks and our order still has not been delivered we have contacted all the couriers that were involved. They keep saying it’ll be delivered the next day and it still hasn’t. very, very frustrating

Always received excellent service. Only complaint l have is l placed an order the day before Canada Post went on strike. Order was shipped via Canada Post even when everyone knew they were going on strike. Now that order is stuck somewhere. Had to place another order. They did give me a discount which l greatly appreciated. Have received that order. Hopefully Canada Post goes back to work so l can receive my order which is stuck in the mail.
